Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). This includes The Premium Monthly Plan and Premium Yearly Plan.

The Premium monthly plan is $10 per month. You have only 14 days from the day you purchased the plan to receive a full refund for the current month paid. If you're payment source is invalid, we'll give you a grace period of 15 days to become reactivated in our directory. All listings are carefully reviewed before they're published on the site. When your listing is approved, you will receive an email notification. If any reason your listing is reported, we will contact you to remove the offensive material or your listing will be deactivated.

The Premium yearly plan is $50 per year. You have only 14 days from the day you purchased the plan to receive a full refund. If you're payment source is invalid, we give you a grace period of 15 days to become reactivated in our directory. All listings are carefully reviewed before they're published on the site. When your listing is approved, you will receive an email notification. If any reason your listing is reported, we will contact you to remove the offensive material or your listing will be deactivated.

 

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content") with your user account. You are responsible for the content that you upload on our website. You content will be available to various search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo search.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Black Circle Network (BCN).
Black Circle Network has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
